How do I track my order?
Log into your account and visit Order History. Each order includes a live tracking link once shipped. You will also receive email and SMS updates at every stage.
Can I visit the workshop without an appointment?
Yes. Our retail floor and gaming lounge are open to walk-ins during business hours. For custom build consultations, we recommend booking ahead to ensure an engineer is available.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship across India only. International shipping is being rolled out in select regions — join our newsletter to be notified when available.
